Fant Nature Reserve is a special place for nature and community. There are benches to sit and ponder on, streams to hear flowing, native wildflowers, trees for children to scramble over, a budding orchard, wildlife and birds.
You can contact us through Facebook, Instagram and via email, take part in one of our events or even join one of our volunteer sessions but whatever you do, please do care for and enjoy Fant Local Nature Reserve.

The Fant Nature Reserve is situated approximately 1 mile west of Maidstone town centre on the north bank of the River Medway. The Nature Reserve lies to the south of Upper Fant Road and is accessed from Roseholme Children’s Play Area. To the west of the Fant Nature Reserve is Unicumes Lane which leads down hill to the River Medway, part of the Maidstone Millennium River Park.
